SMS Messaging Policy

1. Overview

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We send an initial text message to invite employees to join our SMS service. Employees must reply "YES" to opt in. Once confirmed, we use SMS messages primarily for:

  • Task notifications and updates
  • Reminders and confirmations
  • Important project alerts
  • Service-related communications

2. Message Types

We send two types of messages:

Transactional Messages – Notifications directly related to your account or tasks (e.g., new assignments, reminders, or project status updates).

Two-Way Communications – Some messages allow you to reply to confirm task updates, ask questions, or provide information.

3. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

You will only receive SMS messages if you explicitly opt in during account registration, through a web form, or by responding to a text invitation.

By opting in, you authorize us to send you recurring SMS messages at the mobile number you provided.

4. Message and Data Rates

Important Information

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

Charges depend on your mobile plan and are not imposed by us.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out / Stop Messages

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages.

After sending "STOP," you will receive one final confirmation message to verify your choice.

6. Help

If you need assistance, reply "HELP" to any of our messages.

7. Changes to Policy

We may update this SMS Messaging Policy from time to time.

Any significant changes will be communicated via SMS.

Continued use of our SMS services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
